以橡胶籽油、光皮树果油等工业木本油脂为原料,突破环氧开环和功能基团嵌入的多重功能化改性关键技术,制备多官能度的环氧木本油脂基不饱和酯(即木本油脂基聚氨酯丙烯酸酯);进一步通过与稀释剂、光引发剂进行混合制样,并研究所制备预聚体与石油基稀释剂的复配特性,在此基础上研究出最优光敏树脂产的制备技术,创制高性能木本油脂基光固化材料。

Using industrial woody oils such as rubber seed oil and Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil as raw materials, this study broke through the core technologies of multi-functional modification involving epoxy ring-opening and functional group embedding, and prepared multi-functional epoxy woody oil-based unsaturated esters (i.e., woody oil-based polyurethane acrylates). Further, samples were prepared by mixing with diluents and photoinitiators, and the compounding characteristics of the prepared prepolymers and petroleum-based diluents were investigated. On this basis, the optimal preparation technology for photosensitive resins was developed, and high-performance woody oil-based photocurable materials were created.
