Arg C and Linezolid on Th17 cells

Arg C and Linezolid were added to differentiating Th17 cells for 96h. Cells were harvested and sorted according to proliferation cycle before being lysed and having their RNA extracted. Overall design: Arg C (P2A7) and Linezolid were added to differentiating Th17 cells for 96h. Cells were harvested and sorted according to proliferation cycle before being lysed and having their RNA extracted. Samples named e1 correspond to one experiment and sampled named e2 correspond to another experiment. The following 4 characters indicate the drug (DMSO for vehicle, P2A7 for Arg C, and Line for Linezolid). The last character indicates the proliferation cycle (2 for 1 cellular division, 3 for 2 divisions, and 4 for 3 or more divisions).
