“The effect of surgical versus transcatheter aortic valve replacement on endothelial function”

endoFMD.csv contains the flow mediated dilation values of the two groups (aortic valve replacement (AVR) n=30; and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) n=30) obtained at baseline, day 4 post intervention and at follow-up (90 days). The R-script it is also included in order to reproduce figure 1 for data visualization.endoFMD.csv 包含两组受试者的血流介导的舒张（flow mediated dilation, FMD）值，两组分别为主动脉瓣置换术（aortic valve replacement, AVR）组（n=30）与经导管主动脉瓣置换术（transcatheter aortic valve replacement, TAVR）组（n=30），数据采集时点包括干预前基线、干预后第4天以及90天随访时点。该文件还附带了可用于复现数据可视化图1的R脚本。
