Genomic Features and Secondary Metabolic Potential of Streptomyces noursei strain CK-15

This RNA-seq dataset includes gene expression profiles from the wild-type Streptomyces noursei CK-15 strain, the gougerotin gene cluster mutant, and the gouM overexpression strain. The samples were collected 48 hours after fermentation, with three biological replicates for each sample. This dataset will provide insights into the impact of perturbing the gougerotin biosynthetic gene cluster on the Streptomyces noursei CK-15 strain.
