In this study, we generated genome-wide high-resolution DHS maps corresponding to cotton fiber initiation(0 and 3 DPA) and elongation(8, 12, 15 and 18 DPA). Through integrating DNase-seq with ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data generated from cotton fiber, we observed the dynamic changes in gene regulation during fiber development.
