Microarray was performed on kidneys of Fawn-Hooded Hypertensive (FHH) rats in order to elucidate the so-called "beneficial" effect of perinatal treatment with PDTC. Overall design: In total, 59 samples were used. At least 4 rats per treatment groups. 2d, 2w and adult rats with or without PDTC treatment. Total 12 groups.
