Tools to assess the impact of the Uttar Pradesh Community Mobilization Project in improving maternal and child health behaviors in self-help groups in Uttar Pradesh, India

These tools were used to conduct the baseline survey of a quasi-experimental study conducted in 2017 that capture the effect of integrating health and nutrition messaging into empowerment pathways among women who are members of self-help groups and who have a child under the age of one in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.
