Pathologies affecting the posterior segment of the eye cause irreversible vision loss. Nanovectors can be proposed as delivery systems for the intravitreal administration of drugs to the eye. This experiment aims to characterize TPGS-based micelles with varying pegylated chain lengths (600, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, and 4000) suitable for encapsulation of hydrophobic drugs. The structure of the micelles and the diffusion in a vitreous substitute will be investigated by SAXS.
