Vibrio parahaemolyticus RIMD2210633 and its aphA, toxR, and VPA0607 mutants were grown in heart infusion broth at 37 degrees with shaking at 200 rpm. Bacetial cells were harvested at low cell density (OD600 value of about 0.15). Total RNA was extracted. mRNA enrichment was performed using an Illumina/Ribo-ZeroTM rRNA Removal Kit (bacteria). Construction and sequencing of cDNA library was performed on an Illumina Hiseq platform.
