Characteristics of Oral Microecology in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure of Dampness and Turbid Syndrome in Jiangbei District, Chongqing

This study focuses on the oral microbiome characteristics of patients with chronic renal failure and dampness-turbidity syndrome. We plan to collect oral samples from healthy individuals and patients with chronic renal failure and dampness-turbidity syndrome, and use high-throughput techniques such as metagenomics to systematically analyze the differences in oral microbiota composition and function. On this basis, we will integrate multi-dimensional microbiome big data and utilize advanced machine learning algorithms to screen and construct a non-invasive diagnostic marker combination based on oral microbiota. Finally, the diagnostic efficacy will be verified through an independent cohort.
