In order to investigate the cellular and molecular mechanisms involved in cascade of interferon induced immunity and gene expression pattern, we treated CEF with ChIFN-gamma and challenged with H9N2 virus. Transcriptomics revealed significant expression of antiviral genes and signaling pathways associated with avian immune response.
