Subduction Reversal and the Ontong Java Plateau

Seismic deployment for passive imaging in Papua New Guinea to image the downing slabs in the region to understand the role of the Ontong Java Plateau in subduction reversal. The array consists of 6 Guralp 3ESPD and 2 Guralp 3TD.本次布设的地震观测台阵用于巴布亚新几内亚地区的被动源地震成像，以探测该区域内的俯冲板片，进而阐明翁通爪哇海台（Ontong Java Plateau）在俯冲反转过程中的作用。该台阵配备6台Guralp 3ESPD型地震仪及2台Guralp 3TD型地震仪。
