高效钙钛矿太阳能电池器件性能优化数据集主要面向钙钛矿太阳能电池器件效率提升的研究。通过添加剂工程、界面处理、薄膜钝化、传输层改性等方式实现制备光电转化效率~25%的高效率钙钛矿太阳能电池。基于J-V曲线、EQE测试等主要记录了光伏性能表征、稳定性分析、性能指标测试等数据,以及实验装置、第三方认证报告、论文及发明专利等数据文件,数据量约为230M。
This dataset for performance optimization of high-efficiency perovskite solar cell devices is dedicated to research on enhancing the efficiency of perovskite solar cell devices. It enables the fabrication of high-efficiency perovskite solar cells with a photoelectric conversion efficiency of approximately 25% through methods such as additive engineering, interface treatment, film passivation and transport layer modification. Based on J-V curves, EQE measurements and other test data, it mainly records photovoltaic performance characterization, stability analysis, performance index testing and other relevant data, as well as data files including experimental setup documents, third-party certification reports, academic papers and invention patents. The total data volume of this dataset is around 230 MB.
