Methylation profiles of microglandular adenosis

MGA lesions were highly similar with respect to histomorphology and immunophenotype, but showed variable DNA CNAs and mutational characteristics. Defining molecular alterations of MGA may not have been fully captured by CN profiling and mutational analyses.
