Data for: "Scalable environmental DNA methods reveal strong associations between landscape-scale forest habitat and insect richness"

Archive of raw Illumina amplicon sequence data (quality trimed fasta files) for two genetic markers targetting Arthropoda. A summary file of the genera detected and associated metadata for each sample as well as reference sequence databases used for alignment and sequence annotation are also included.
