To understand the seasonal and latitudinal trends in behaviour of nectarivorous birds at sugar water feeders <i></i>we recruited 16 volunteer gardens with existing populations visiting feeders in Auckland and Dunedin, New Zealand. We conducted a series of direct behavioural observations in every garden in both cities in summer 2018/2019 and winter 2019.This dataset represents all the records of observed sugar water feeder-associated bird behaviour.
