The goal of this sequencing project was to measure transcription levels of ZoeJ mycobacteriophage during different stages of the lifecycle, including lysogeny. Overall design: Total RNA was isolated from cultures grown in log phase, depleted of rRNA and prepared for sequencing using a strand-specific library kit during lysogeny, and after 30min, 90min, 150min and 210min of infection by phage ZoeJ.
