This layer represents the Cradle of Southern Appalachia Conservation Priority model, considering Intact Habitat Cores (2023), Intact Habitat Core Centrality values (2017), Habitat Fragments (2017), Habitat Cost Surface (2017), Habitat Climate Resilience (2022), and Proximity to Protected Lands (May 2026). The number of acres per polygon has been calculated, to represent priority the priority classification in each area of the original raster.
