This dataset contains 21 files associated to the annotation of the YMM1 nuclear genome assembly of yerba mate (Ilex paraguariensis). Those files include 16 gene predictions (GFF), 2 gene annotations (GFF) and 3 assembled transcripts lists (fasta). Information is provided regarding the number of gene models or transcripts at each file.
