To investigate the antitumor mechanisms of Isochlorogenic Acid A (ICGA-A) and Chicoric Acid (CRA) in MDA-MB-231 cells, RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to analyze the transcriptomic changes induced by these compounds. Differential gene expression analysis revealed key signaling pathways affected by ICGA-A and CRA, providing insights into their molecular mechanisms of action. Enrichment analysis further identified potential regulatory networks involved in tumor suppression, shedding light on the therapeutic potential of these bioactive compounds in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
