Data and Code for Bibliometric and Evidence-Mapping Analysis of Emerging Contaminants in Agricultural Soil–Water Systems

This repository provides the data, code, and output files used to reproduce a bibliometric and evidence-mapping analysis of emerging contaminants in agricultural soil–water systems. The dataset was constructed from Web of Science records and processed through a reproducible workflow including record merging, deduplication, document-type filtering, rule-based title–abstract screening, manual review integration, and final dataset generation. The repository is organized to support full computational reproducibility. Raw Web of Science plain-text records are stored in data/raw_data; intermediate and manually reviewed files are stored in data/processed_data; the final analysis-ready dataset is stored in data/final_analysis_data; R scripts are stored in code; and generated tables, figures, and analytical objects are stored in results. The analysis workflow includes annual publication trends, country and institutional production, journal and author productivity, contaminant-type classification, agricultural source and pathway extraction, keyword frequency and co-occurrence analysis, thematic mapping, evidence-matrix construction, and candidate low-evidence area identification. This archive is intended to accompany the associated manuscript and to facilitate transparent verification, reuse, and extension of the bibliometric and evidence-mapping workflow.
