Fungal Microbiota Dysbiosis in Systemic lupus erythematosus

This study is the first one to explore highly significant gut fungal dysbiosis and ecology in SLE patients. Integrative analysis reveals that SLE-associated fungi changes closely interacted with clinical examination index, signifying that the gut mycobiome-host interplay might play key role in the pathogenesis of SLE.
