This study aims to systematically construct a multi-omics time-series dataset of maize seedlings under different photoperiod regimes, elucidate the regulatory patterns of maize circadian rhythms, and reveal the dynamic changes in the transcriptional, proteomic, and phosphoproteomic levels, thereby gaining a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms of maize circadian rhythms and their impact on growth and development. This research provides a theoretical foundation for optimizing circadian engineering in crops.
