Changes in the composition of the fungal community in living Chamaecyparis pisiferas due to the progression of heartwood decay

The aim of this study is to clarify the changes in the composition of the fungal community in the heartwood as the heartwood decay progresses by performing amplicon sequence analysis using DNA samples collected from living Chamaecyparis pisifera.
