Transcriptome analysis revealed the genes and pathways related to associated with Sphingomonas sp. RAM1 treatment on Zhongzhu No.1

Zhongzhu No.1 is an important ramie cash crop with a wide range of uses. However, with the increasing years of cultivation, it is highly susceptible to the problem of continuous crop obstacles. Therefore, this study analyzed the effect of external application of Sphingomonas sp. RAM1 treatment to alleviate the continuous cropping obstacles in ramie cash crop by using transcriptomics technology, which provides a new biocontrol technology for green agriculture.
