Results of TAC determination based on WB, VAMS and CMIA methods and HCT levels in renal transplant paediatric recipients

In file the results of TAC concentration measurement in pediatric renal transplant recipients have been presented. The data base was created based on LC-MS-MS tacrolimus determination in whole blood (WB), VAMS (volumetric absorbtive microsampling) and additionally results of TAC determination in routinely used CMIA method (Chemiluminescent Microparticle Immunoassay). Additionally blinded data base contain the haematocit level for each patient [n=50].
