We delineate intratumor heterogeneity and immune contexture of lymphoma microenvironment in PCNSL through the integration of single cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics. These dataset contains droplet-based single cell data and GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler data. This repository also contains the analysis R scripts.
