Transcriptome sequencing of Paxillus involutus in symbiosis with Populus roots under lead stress

This dataset comprises RNA-Seq data focusing on the fungal transcripts of Paxillus involutus in symbiosis with Populus roots under two treatment conditions: without lead (M) and with lead (M+Pb). Additionally, it includes transcriptome data of Paxillus involutus mycelium cultured on medium as a control (Myc).
