医院全院无纸化病案管理平台

病历档案是医院长期医疗实践的真实记录，是医院的重要信息资源和宝贵财富，保管和利用好病案，对促进医院医疗、教学、科研的发展、对保障患者治疗和康复、公检法调查取证、医疗保险理赔、社会保险发展都具有极其重要的作用。但随着医院信息化建设和发展，传统纸质化病案存在的存储空间占用严重、原始病案无法备份、管理过程人工劳动量大、管理工作效率低、病案资源共享应用难等问题日趋明显，采用现代化手段管理病案势在必行，因此我司研究开发了医院全院无纸化病案管理平台(简称平台)，平台对病案从采集、归档、查询、打印、质控、借阅、召回等方面进行管理，从而实现病案的无纸化应用、电子化管理，最终大大提高医院的病案管理工作效率和水平，促进病案数据在医院内部的共享利用，不断挖掘病案数据的价值。

Medical records are authentic records of long-term medical practice in hospitals, and serve as important information resources and precious assets of hospitals. Proper storage and utilization of medical records play an extremely critical role in promoting the development of medical treatment, education and research in hospitals, ensuring patients' treatment and rehabilitation, providing evidence for investigations by public security, procuratorate and judicial authorities, supporting medical insurance claims, and advancing the development of social insurance. However, with the advancement of hospital informationization construction and development, the drawbacks of traditional paper-based medical records have become increasingly prominent, including excessive storage space occupation, inability to backup original medical records, high manual labor intensity in the management process, low management efficiency, and difficulties in sharing and applying medical record resources. Therefore, it is imperative to manage medical records using modern means. Accordingly, our company has developed a hospital-wide paperless medical record management platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). The Platform manages medical records across their entire lifecycle, including collection, archiving, querying, printing, quality control, borrowing and recall, thereby realizing paperless application and electronic management of medical records. Ultimately, it greatly improves the efficiency and standard of hospital medical record management, promotes the internal sharing and utilization of medical record data within the hospital, and continuously taps into the value of medical record data.
