KhetLeaf: a field-captured plant disease image dataset of six crops grown in Gujarat, India

KhetLeaf is a collection of 3,386 leaf images of six crops -- brinjal, castor bean,cotton, Indian flat beans, long bean and okra -- photographed in farmers' fields in theSurat and Sabarkantha districts of Gujarat, India. All images were captured in the fieldunder natural light and background, not in a laboratory, in 17 disease, pest and healthyclasses. The archive also contains per-class statistics and the 60:20:20train/validation/test split used by the authors, and a script that recreates that split. These are the images referred to as "GujPlants" in the authors' ICCCNT 2023 paper; thecollection has been renamed KhetLeaf for this release ("khet" means field).
