铝/钢混合材料车身是实现汽车轻量化的是轻量化汽车最常采用的连接技术之一,其疲劳寿命预测是白车身耐久性设计和评价的必备工具。本数据涵盖不同焊接组合的疲劳数据,包括不同铝合金牌号、钢板牌号、焊接板厚度、钢板涂层类型、几何构型、熔核直径、缺口根部角度等。构建了基于结构应力法的疲劳寿命预测模型,可实现对以上各个焊接组合的疲劳寿命预测。(1)数据采集:设计铝合金和钢板异种材料的电阻点焊样品几何尺寸,以及疲劳测试方法(载荷控制常幅疲劳试验,最大载荷、载荷比均为可变参数),利用MTS疲劳试验机开展疲劳试验获得原始数据。 (2)数据处理:将采集到的疲劳数据进行进一步分析,对焊点结构进行受力分析,计算膜应力与弯曲应力:膜应力=(施加载荷/(3.14*熔核直径*铝合金板厚度));弯曲应力=系数k*((1.872*弯矩)/(熔核直径*铝合金板厚度*铝合金板厚度));根据膜应力和弯曲应力,建立试验疲劳数据和结构应力变化范围的关系方程,实现疲寿命预测。
Aluminum/steel hybrid vehicle bodies-in-white are one of the most commonly adopted joining technologies for lightweight automobiles, and their fatigue life prediction is an essential tool for durability design and evaluation of vehicle bodies-in-white. This dataset covers fatigue data of various welding combinations, including different aluminum alloy grades, steel grades, welding plate thicknesses, steel coating types, geometric configurations, nugget diameters, notch root angles, and other relevant parameters. A fatigue life prediction model based on the structural stress method was developed, which can achieve fatigue life prediction for all the aforementioned welding combinations.
(1) Data Collection: The geometric dimensions of resistance spot welding specimens for dissimilar aluminum alloy and steel materials, as well as the fatigue test method (load-controlled constant-amplitude fatigue test, with maximum load and load ratio as variable parameters) were designed. Original experimental data were obtained by conducting fatigue tests using an MTS fatigue testing machine.
(2) Data Processing: The collected fatigue data were further analyzed, and stress analysis was performed on the spot weld structure to calculate membrane stress and bending stress:
Membrane stress = Applied load / (3.14 * Nugget diameter * Aluminum alloy plate thickness);
Bending stress = Coefficient k * ((1.872 * Bending moment) / (Nugget diameter * Aluminum alloy plate thickness * Aluminum alloy plate thickness));
Based on the membrane stress and bending stress, a relational equation between the experimental fatigue data and the structural stress range was established to realize fatigue life prediction.
