The new 831 and PoWC-1 antisense silencing strains after 45 min of blue light irradiation were sampled at the mycelium stage of Pleurotus ostreatus for RNA-seq sequencing. The function of the blue light receptor PoWC-1 gene in the development of Pleurotus ostreatus was studied, which laid a foundation for the subsequent molecular genetics research of Pleurotus ostreatus.
