Easily filter and search for specific request types, time ranges, and geographic areas. Instructions Zoom into an area of the city you are interested in. Search for an address or a specific 311 request by its reference number. Filter different service types by category, time ranges, request statuses and geographic areas. Use the advanced query tool to find all requests within a certain distance of a point or area.
