Next-generation sequencing facilitates quantitative analysis of rat BMSCs in fast, medium or slow stress relaxation SA hydrogel

To identify genes and the molecular pathways involved in the regulation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) exposure to various matrix viscoelasticity, we performed RNA-sequence of MSCs in fast stress relaxation (FAST), medium stress relaxation (MEDIUM) and slow stress relaxation (SLOW) matrix. Overall design: mRNA profiles of MSCs in FAST, MEDIUM and SLOW group (48 h) were generated by deeping sequencing, using Illumina HiSeq2000.
