Reddit-Based Schizophrenia Detection Dataset

This dataset has been curated to support research on schizophrenia detection using Reddit posts. It includes anonymized textual data extracted from various Reddit discussions where users have shared their experiences related to schizophrenia. The dataset has undergone preprocessing to remove irrelevant and deleted content while preserving meaningful textual information.

This dataset is primarily intended for schizophrenia detection and does not include labeled symptom data.
