Jiaozhou Bay 16S rRNA & metagenome dataset

Data for contigs, MAGs, and other files generated using the JZB microbial dataset. Dataset includes: JZB_single_assembly.final.contigs.tar.gz: the contigs generated from single metagenome (10 files). JZB_fractional_assembly.final.contigs.tar.gz: the contigs generated from fractional metagenomes(>2.7 μm, 2.7-0.7 μm, and 0.7-0.22 μm) (3 files). JZB_MAGs.tar.gz: 953 non-redundant prokaryotic genomes with ≥ 50% completeness and ≤ 5% contamination Supplementary Table 1: Sampling information.
