This dataset containes data from a controlled study investigating the effects of the presence of and the contact with a dog on frontal brain activity of healthy adult participants. We measured brain activity via functional near infrared spectroscopy, the outcomes are oxygenated, deoxygenated and total hemoglobin as well as oxygen saturation.
