A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the cropland ecosystem at Shouyang Station (2013-2017, 2019-2020)

The raw observation data acquired by the eddy covariance system at the flux observation site of Shouyang were processed based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. The site is located at the National Field Scientific Observation and Research Station for Dryland Agroecosystem in Shouyang, Shanxi. The dataset covers the period 2013-2017 and the period 2019-2020. The data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
