VPRS 18974 Clinical Directors' Council meeting minutes

This series comprises a volume of the North Western Health Care Network [Western Health Care Network 1995-1997] (VA 5262) Clinical Directors' Council meeting minutes. The Clinical Directors' Council was established to discuss broad issues affecting the Network and to be involved in the decision making process in areas relating to service provision. This included such items as: budget allocation; capital works and equipment allocations; and operational issues such as bed allocations. Membership included Network Executive, Network Clinical Directors, Clinical Program Directors, hospital General Managers, and a representative of the Network Senior Medical Staff Association Council.
