Data from: Exploiting Historical Agronomic Data to Develop Genomic Prediction Strategies for Early Clonal Selection in the Louisiana Sugarcane Variety Development Program

Two hundred twenty-eight Louisiana sugarcane clones including commercial cultivars and elite parents were genotyped using targeted genotyping by sequencing. The single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) common between more than one variant caller program were used to prepare the genotypic data. The clone-marker data are presented in a binary matrix.
