Silurus glanis reference genome assembly

Since the current genetic resources for Silurus glanis are not complete, our group aimed and managed to construct a more complete reference genome, including gene prediction and annotation. We utilized various datasets from different sequencing platforms. Public short-read data (SRR11087275, SRR11087276, SRR11087282, SRR11087283, SRR24224981) and third-generation long-read sequencing data were used respectively to achieve the best possible quality.
