Transcriptional responses induced by Parabulkholderia tropica and Meloidogyne spp in a colombian tomato cultivar

Santa Clara hybrid tomato seedlings were inoculated with Paraburkholderia tropica, Meloidogyne spp, or with both agents. Meloydogine is a pathogen of tomato while P. tropica has been reported to induce defense responses against pathogens in tomato. The transcriptional response of tomato to both microorganisms was studied through the analysis of RNAseq NGS libraries.
