This dataset contains the output from the five MHD model runs (Runs 1 to 5) for Juno's flyby at Europa in September 2022 presented in Cervantes et al. (2025). Here we publish the predicted magnetic field components, ionization frequency, and total ion number density along Juno's trajectory that are displayed in Figures 5, 6, and 7 of Cervantes et al. (2025).  Each file contains data from one model run, with the corresponding number shown in the name of the file. The magnetic field components and Juno's position are in the EPhiO coordinate system, where the primary direction Z is parallel to Jupiter’s spin axis, the secondary direction Y points towards Jupiter, and the X axis completes the right-handed system along the direction of the corotational plasma flow. The columns in each file are: Spacecraft time [UTC] Bx modeled magnetic field in EPhiO [nT] By modeled magnetic field in EPhiO [nT] Bz modeled magnetic field in EPhiO [nT] B modeled magnetic field total magnitude [nT] ionization frequency [s^-1] ion number density [cm^-3] x of Juno in EPhiO [km] y of Juno in EPhiO [km] z of Juno in EPhiO [km]
