Pedestrian Level of Service

This dataset represents Pedestrian Level of Service (PLOS) scores calculated for roadway segments within the Greater Nashville Regional Council (GNRC) region. Each polyline feature corresponds to an individual roadway segment and includes both numeric PLOS scores and formatted Level of Service grades (A–F). PLOS values are derived from roadway characteristics and transportation network attributes to quantify pedestrian comfort, safety, and operational conditions. Numeric scores are translated into standardized Level of Service grades ranging from A (best conditions) to F (poorest conditions). Additional attributes include segment length in miles and geometry length fields.
