BARNO Reproducibility Resources: Output Data and Run Examples

This Zenodo record provides reproducibility resources for BARNO, including all run examples and associated data files used in the analysis workflow. All datasets analyzed in this study are publicly available. The melanoma single-cell dataset, including immunotherapy (ICB) and TCGA melanoma data, were obtained from the SCP109 resource, originally reported by Livnat et al. (2018).
