Reference-value provenance audit and citation register for PhonaLab, a clinical acoustic voice analysis platform

This deposit accompanies the manuscript "A provenance-first architecture for clinical acoustic voice analysis" (PhonaLab platform). It contains the provenance and adjudication evidence behind the reference-value audit reported in the paper, and nothing else — no source code, implementation details, patient data, or audio. Contents: citation-register-public.yaml — the citation register: one entry per user-facing reference value (measure × threshold role × language) with its source, source pipeline (software, version, settings, speech task, language), measure kind, compatibility class, baseline citation status, disposition, and a short adjudication note. The header defines the fields, the compatibility rule, and the classes. audit-public.csv — the same register as a table (71 rows; the 23 rows with in_baseline and rendered both true are the audited baseline population). audit-summary.txt — counts derived from the register (baseline population by class, disposition, source status, and citation status; currently displayed values by class and measure kind). README.md — manifest mapping each file to its place in the manuscript, plus notes and license. Baseline release audited: 2026-07-17. The PVQD recordings referenced by the internal calibrations are not redistributed here; they are identified by their public file identifiers.
