Analysis of gene expression level. The hypothesis tested in the present study is that ClNOR positively regulates watermelon fruit development and ripening. Overall design: mRNA profiles of wild type (WT) and clnor mutant fruits at 10 DAP,18 DAP,26 DAP, 34 DAP and 42 DAP were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Novaseq 6000 (Citrullus lanalus).
