The aim of the study is to elucidate the genomic mechanism of naturally isolated Vanderwaltozyma sp. AH1110 and AH1119 strain. These strains were naturally isolated from a rotten wood and soil in Kumamoto. The genome sequence data was obtained by Oxford Nanopore MinION. We conducted an assembly to gain the draft genome of AH1110 and AH1119 strains using Flye assembler, and successfully obtained 21 and 54 contigs, respectively.
