SNP genotypes for 349 western ringtail possums for genomic vulnerability study

WRP_10.recode.vcf: Variant call format (VCF) file of filtered DArTseq genotypes for 349 western ringtail possums and 9746 SNPs.WRP_GEA_Candidates.recode.vcf: Variant call format (VCF) file of putatively adaptive DArTseq genotypes for 349 western ringtail possums and 481 SNPs.WRP_bioclim_out_final.csv: GPS coordinates and associated bioclimatic variables for 297 western ringtail possums for genotype-environment association and genomic vulnerability analyses. Latitude and longitude data have been reduced to one decimal point (~10km) resolution in accordance with requirements for data sharing of threatened species in Western Australia.
