Human stool-derived communities were cultured in a multiple-bioreactor system in mGAM medium for several days either in continuous mode. They were treated with the proton-pump inhibitor omeprazole, different pH or left untreated. This project contains the 16S rRNA Sequencing data of the communities at differen time points and 16S rRNA data of these fecal samples grown as a batch culture in vitro.
